Anticorrosion Waxes

CGCOAT Cavity Wax Coating is petroleum based long -term indoor/outdoor rust-preventive agent. It is a slightly thixotropic fluid formulated with waxes, corrosion inhibitors & hydrocarbon solvents.It has very good creep qualities, penetrates well into the spaces to be protected. When fully dry, the coating forms a tough, waxy film, which has very good water repellent properties giving excellent protective layer with excellent humidity resistance.

Weather Strip Sealer

CGSEAL Weather strip sealer is a single component non drying type and permanently tacky caulking sealer. It is used in automobile weather strips to prevent water leakage. It remains in non drying and tacky condition for long time

CGSEAL PVC Sealer is a single component heat curing sealer specially developed for sealing joints and gaps in automobile bodies. When passed through normal paint baking cycles, it cures into a highly flexible, adherent sealer with excellent air and water sealing properties. It also provides protection and prevents ingress of dust and moisture, thus preventing corrosion

CGSEAL 1007 GB is a MS POLYMER technology based sealant specially designed for primer less adhesion of automobile windscreen to various types of substrates of dissimilar porosity and surface texture.

Semi Structural Adhesive

CGBOND Weld bond adhesive is used to weld bonding application, which is a combination of spot welding and adhesive bonding. Benefit of this method are rigidity increase, improving fatigue property. Weld bonding adhesive is normally applied to one sheet and the joint closed. A spot weld is then made through the adhesive. The electrode force displaces the adhesive to obtain electrical contact between the sheets and a weld is made in the normal way. The adhesive is finally cured at a paint oven to complete the assembly. Weld bonding adhesive Is based on one component epoxy. It is provided tough physical property, great adhesion strength

Pumpable Sound Damper is a water based liquid plastic coating, which is formulated as an exceptional acoustical control material. It is used for dampening noise , vibration and improving the acoustical properties of undercarriages and sheet metal bodies of automobiles, and any other application where sound dampening is required

Under Body Coating

CGCOAT PVC Underbody Coating is an anti-chipping coating applied by airless spray system. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation and chipping resistance when baked by normal paint baking cycles.

Hem Flange Adhesive

An assemble parts such as a hood, a trunk and a door consist of an outer steel panel and inner steel panel. These panels are assembled by swaging so call “Hemming”. Hemming adhesive is used in this hemming process in order to increase parts stiffness, rust prevention. Hemming adhesive is based on one component epoxy resin technology. This adhesive is applied at weld shop and then cured at a paint oven. CGBOND hemming adhesive features glass bead containing grade. The glass bead containing adhesive gives the hem flange an instant mechanical lock and provides immediate handling strength before curing. CGBOND glass bead adhesive is a cost effective solution that eliminates the need for costly heat induction pre- curing and labor-intensive spot welding.

Petrol Tank Coatings

CGCOAT Fuel tank coating is used to cover a gasoline tank in order to prevent damage from chipping and rust. It is based on PVC resin compound same as Under body coat. The coating is applied with spray. After apply it, it is cured at a oven. It is provided to adhesion to gasoline tank, chipping resistance , rust prevention property, excellent workability for spray application, long durability.

MS 837 - Precast / Prefab Sealant

ESSRBOND MS 837 is a one component, high performance sealant based on advance MS Polymer Technology for use in original construction and for repairs that are subject to structural movement Expansion and Control Joints, Perimeter Caulk Joints, Entry Way Steps, Precast Concrete Panel joints, Copings, Risers & Tilt WallJoints, Bunker Silos, Septic Tanks & Manure Pits. It has an excellentUV , weather & temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates & is paintable with most common industrial paints.

MS 40 - High Modulus Sealant

ESSRBOND MS 40 is a one component, high performance sealant based on advance MS Polymer Technology. It is solvent, Silicone & Isocyanates free & Non- straining for natural stones applications. It has an excellent UV, weather and temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates and is paintable with most common industrial paints. This sealant has been specifically formulated as a non staining sealant and for application to difficult substrates associated with modern facade construction.

MS 25 - Low Modulus Sealant

ESSRBOND MS 25 is a one component, high performance sealant based on Hybrid Polymer Technology. It is Solvent, Silicone & Isocyanate Free & Non- staining for natural stones applications. It has an excellent UV, weather & temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates & is paintable with most common industrial paints. This sealant has been specifically formulated as a non staining sealant & for application to difficult substrates associated with modern facade construction.

WPK 45 - Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membrane

ESSRBOND WPK 45 is a single component liquid applied membrane made of Hybrid polymer specially designed for waterproofing. Its outstanding performances allow protection & waterproofing of many areas such as :

6. Under-tile wet areas (pools, bathrooms, balconies, terrace etc.
When applied, ESSRBOND WPK 45 creates a continous watertight seal. It allows moisture vapour transmission. It has also excellent adhesion to almost any surface : concrete, metal, bitumen membranes, acrylic paints.
It keeps outstanding performances for a very long period. ESSRBOND WPK 45 maintains its properties with a service temperature from -40 C to + 100 C.
ESSRBOND WPK 45 is applicable by brush, roller or spray gun.

PG 101 - Pour Grade - Polysulphide Sealant

ESSRBOND PG 101 is a high performance, self leveling, chemical resistant elastomeric joint system based on polysulphide polymer. It is resistant to many chemicals, shrinkage, aging, thermal stree & the effect of outdoor exposure. It is highly resilient & has excellent recovery characteristic after extended period of compression or elongation.

GG 105 - Gun Grade Polysulphide Sealant

ESSRBOND GG 105 is a high performance, non sag, chemical resistant elastomeric joint system based on Polysulfide polymer. It is resistant to many chemicals, shrinkage, aging, thermal stress and the effects of outdoor exposure. It is suitable for use within the construction industry on all parts where above average repeated movement is encountered over a wide temperature range

CGSEAL 1007

CGSEAL 1007HB is a Silyl Modified Polymer (SMP) based adhesive with a high tensile strength and is suitable for making elas?cconsstructe joints. CGSEAL 1007HB can also be used as a sealant. CGSEAL 1007HB may also be used for the efficient bonding of windscreens in the Auto After market as well as in OEM, Bus, Car, Coach & Train, building.

CGSEAL MS 9713

CGSEAL MS 9713 is a MS Polymer based single component moisture curing sealant and adhesive suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It has excellent primerless adhesion to various types of substrates of dissimilar porosity and surface texture. It also can be over painted with most of the types of paints. CGSEAL MS 9713 is a technology that combines the unique features of silicone and polyurethane sealants. It is a moisture cure system adhesive sealant and “Non” bubbling when applied in high humidity or to moist substrates.

CGSEAL Butyl Tape LR 35

CG SEAL Butyl Tape LR 35 is an extruded butyl rubber tape sealant. It is a tough, rubber, pressure sensitive mass, which features excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces. It has a unique viscoelastic properties that allow it to elongate and relax when put under load, therby-minimizing stress on the adhesive bond line and acting as an excellent shock and vibration absorbing medium for the entire life of the bus.

CGSEAL WS 185

CGSEAL WS 185 is a single pack permanently tacky type caulking sealer used in automobile weather strips to prevent water leakage in to the vehicle cabin. It remains in non-hardening condition permanently thus serving its intended purpose for the entire life of the vehicle.

CGSEAL BR 4515

CGSEAL BR 4515 is non-curing and lightweight self-adhesive mastic used for reduction of structure-borne vibration. Processed with a polythene constraining layer, this material can be die cut into customized shapes and sizes specific for each application.

CGSEAL Caulking Compound

CGSEAL CAULKING COMPOUND is a non foaming, permanent elastic, caulking compound based on butyl rubber It is designed especially for bus body application and can be easily hand applied like a putty. It has good sound damping properties and dampens drumming noise. The material retains its elastic property and tackiness permanently and does not get hardened on time. Thus giving the desired NVH property throughout the life of the bus.

CGBOND 100

CGBOND 100 JA is a moisture curing polyurethane based adhesive for bonding of solid wood (especially of hard wood and tropical wood species), and also for many other substrate combina? on like HPL/CPL, bonding to galvanized iron or metals, bonding expanded polystyrene (sanded) to wood, stone etc.
